Let me start out by stating that this is not a scientific or even unbiased list. It is very much a personal selection. Primarily, these are restaurants that we have frequented over the last 18 months and that we rated above average on many, if not all counts. In fact, each restaurant must have received an overall rating of three stars or more to be included here.
